Coordinator of Educational Services Nicole Trickett and Intervention Specialist Jennifer Conde presented the annual English Language Learner program report to the board.

Safety Plan Approval
The board unanimously approved the district's comprehensive school safety plan for 2024-25. Superintendent McGrath noted that the plan is a living document updated throughout the year to reflect current best practices.
Substitute Teacher Pay Increase
Dr. Kim presented data on certificated substitute pay rates throughout Marin County and recommended increasing the district's rate to $240 per day. The board unanimously approved the increase, effective November 1, 2024. Jacqueline Jaffee made the motion, seconded by Shelby Pasarell Tsai.
